Rice bhakri


Ingredients:


3 cups Rice Flour

2 medium size Tomato (chopped)

1 medium size Onion (chopped)

1 tsp Sugar

2 Green Chilies (chopped)

1 1/2 cup Water

Handful freshly chopped coriander

4 to 5 tbsp Oil

Salt to taste


Method:

  • Mix all ingredients other than oil in a bowl (add water slowly as per requirement. The dough should be soft enough to for you to easily make balls and not runny. If needed add more water)

  • Make medium tomato size balls of the dough

  • Heat flat pan or tawa on medium flame

  • Sprinkle oil on the tawa. Place the dough ball and flatten it by gently pressing it with your fingers (do not make it too thin)

  • Add a table spoon of oil around the flattened dough and let it roast on a medium flame for about 2 minutes or till golden brown. Flip it and cook on the other side as well.

  • Once golden brown both sides, remove it from the tawa and serve hot with chutney or tomato sauce
