Rice bhakri

Ingredients:
3 cups Rice Flour
2 medium size Tomato (chopped)
1 medium size Onion (chopped)
1 tsp Sugar
2 Green Chilies (chopped)
1 1/2 cup Water
Handful freshly chopped coriander
4 to 5 tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
Method:
Mix all ingredients other than oil in a bowl (add water slowly as per requirement. The dough should be soft enough to for you to easily make balls and not runny. If needed add more water)
Make medium tomato size balls of the dough
Heat flat pan or tawa on medium flame
Sprinkle oil on the tawa. Place the dough ball and flatten it by gently pressing it with your fingers (do not make it too thin)
Add a table spoon of oil around the flattened dough and let it roast on a medium flame for about 2 minutes or till golden brown. Flip it and cook on the other side as well.
Once golden brown both sides, remove it from the tawa and serve hot with chutney or tomato sauce
