Paneer Bhurji

Ingredients:
200 gms Paneer
1 medium Onion
1 medium Tomato
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 to 2 Green chilies
1/2 inch Ginger
1/2 tsp Red chili powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
A pinch Garam masala
1/2 Lemon juice
1 tbsp Oil
Handful of chopped fresh coriander
Salt to taste
Method:
Chop onions, tomatoes, chili and ginger. Crush/ grate paneer.
Take oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, once they splutter, add chopped ginger, green chili and saute for 30 seconds
Now add chopped onions and saute till translucent
Add tomatoes, red chili, turmeric, garam masala and salt. Mix well and let it cook till tomatoes are well done
Add crushed/ grated paneer, lemon juice and mix well on low flame. Cook it for couple of minutes
Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve with pav, bread or chapati
